ie: cheap content providers, traffic sellers, mailers, free pay-per-signup sponsors etc

About one time a year you will hear about steve goldman . He always say he quit and come back with another program and again after 2 months got problems paying his webmasters

Short term mentality. Crescent's actions were not good for the industry. The FTC became active in the adult industry and I am sure Crescent sent alot of surfers heading for the exits from participation in the adult online paysite market.

makingbank.com had to be one of the biggest, right? A program like that can do a lot more damage than a shady content provider, designer, or traffic broker. I can't think of any other programs that have blatantly ripped people off.

Now if you're saying total money scammed from webmasters, actually I'd probably say it would be a major player like CEN from all the shaving they've done over the years. Think about the millions of dollars they've stolen from webmasters over time, you can't argue with that.

I don't like spammers much, but what you just said was stupid. They're not stealing from anyone by selling memberships through e-mails. You sound like one of the people who blame spammers because you can't sell memberships.

Adbuytraffic is by far the worst (good traffic in my Sig) - as for Sponsors - Making Bank is the biggest group of thieves that I know of so far..
