Is epass having issues?

I was denied at a gas station

Then denied at a resturant

then an atm i tried said it could not process my request.

no mention of any problems in their admin

their notification emails didn't reach me yesterday also.

There was a maintenance message for the last several hours but that is gone now, maybe that had something to do with your issues this am.

I checked my balance before i went out about 2 hours ago and didnt see anything posted on the admin then,my last attempt to use the card was about 30-45min ago.

Oh well i guess i will try again later

I logged in earlier, saw that it was down and that my account was showing a $0 balance and waited.

My balance reappeared but my transaction (Visa Electron) was still denied awhile later.

i am showing a balance and i cannot withdraw funds from atms.

i cannot send epassporte a message either as they are unable to send my message.

atm cannot process card.

called 310 number and went through entire message and was then cut off.

someone from epassporte, please update us and let us know why we cannot withdraw or send messages or call.

Ah yes indeed i still didn't got message about transactions which i did in friday.

Backups must be at Navisite, that sucks.

How long has this been going on, one day? two days? three days? Imagine you are a tourist in some shithole country, some local whore stole all your cash and now the local corrupt police wants you to pay them or they will lock you up and throw away the key, no problem you say, still got my epassporte card to access my hard earned cash...

Who would travel with just one card and that even beeing only the epass card? He would very well deserver all that.

Anyone know if its working now?

I've used mine twice today with no problem (I was one of those declined at the store yesterday even though I had a positive balance).

i've used mine friday and saturday and didn't have a problem until today. all i'm doing is withdrawing money.

i have received a message that epassporte is having difficulties and to wait 24 hours. that was today, sunday afternoon....pacific time.

There were some issues with the backend bank over the weekend that caused some problems.
Everything should be working now.

Technical difficulties resolved for us.

i will say that my rep responds to me very quickly.(seems to be the same guy most of the time, unless the reps are sharing names)
