Best relationship I ever had was when I lived in Germany.

What made it work? We were friends to start and had no fears about being honest with each other.

We kept it exciting by sharing our ways of life. Her German tradtions and my American traditions.

I had a blast making a killer T-day dinner for her and friends one year as they had never had that.

Plus we shared our turn ons and turn offs.

It lasted 2 years until I moved back to the states and we agreed that the distance would be too hard to keep the relationship alive.

My best was 2 girls before my ex-wife.

Janie had it all. Smart as hell. Super voluptuous bod. Great personality, eyes, and smile. We never had fights. Never got bored with each other. Laughed all the time. And she was a total nympho in bed. I don't think we went one day in all our years without having sex.

The problem was her fricking mother who ended it. Her family lived in Bel Air and they were snooty as fuck. Janie was Jewish and I'm Italian and they wanted their daughter to marry a nice Jewish boy. So they were always hassling Janie about about our relationship.

Finally one day her mother really went off the deep end. She knew I had ended my first marriage right before Janie and was not looking to get remarried again any time soon. So she did reverse tactic on us and said either marry my daughter or we won't allow you to see her again. (Janie lived at home) From there on it just got all fucked up and then Janie started asking me how yeh come I didn't want to marry her. Then she got pregnant and we went through the whole abortion issue with opposite views. I wanted to keep the baby and she didn't unless we were married. But I liked our relationship the way it was. The marriage thing always changes everything and I had just gotten divorced. Anyway it just went downhill from there. But still she was the best relationship memory of my life.

Ive been dating the same girl for 7 years and now we live together. Met her in high school. we are very compatible and foor the most part, have always got along.

I have never had a good relationship. That is why I am not looking for a relationship. I like being free to do whatever I want whenever I want. Relationships are a burden at best.

I would have to say that I am in the perfect relationship right now. With my husband and the father of my children. I've been through a failed marriage, a few failed relationships..all because the men couldn't deal with me. I'm as bisexual as they get, and I'm a very open person, and you would be amazed how many men say "yeah that's great!' And then go totally freaky when they realize that once they "have" you, you don't become a showpiece they can brag about and stop being who you are. They tried to "Tone me down" because I was "too much" flirting with women all the time and whatnot..they wanted the image of being with a bi girl, but not the reality. Just when I thought all relationships were shit and that I never wanted to see a man again, I got the chance to meet someone in person who'd been my friend online for three years already. We played an online Multi User Dungeon together, and we'd been close friends for years. Never laid eyes on him though..

Then the game had a reunion, players were coming from all over the world to party for a week in Toronto, so I went. Joel kept telling me that he was interested in me, I told him about 500 different ways to fuck off and jump off a bridge, I didn't want a relationship. Well I'm glad he was persistant. The first minute we spent together it was like we'd been together forever, not love-wise but as friends and soul mates, and we've been together ever since.

A marriage and kids later... we're still happy, and totally confident and happy in our lifestyle. We swing, and it's great! We're business partners, we're life partners, and everything we do compliments the other. Hell, I even pick his girlfriends for him (share and share alike!).

Guess I'm one of the lucky ones, it's rare to see relationships working these days. Those of you that perservere in your relationships have my respect, it's a lot easier said than done! :)
