          Well that won't work for you since they basically limit you to 40tb.

                                          Because anyone offering dedi servers that says "unlimited traffic" is usually a red flag to stay far away from.

                                              Traffic shaping is used frequently by Australian ISPs, never seen it applied to a host before though. If you're pushing 40TB+, even spread over say 29 days with the limit kicking in on the final day, that's 120Mbps+ average. What site pushing that sort of data would be able to survive with its bandwidth cut by 90%+?

                                                              Yes, there are companies that can go under these prices. the problem is... does your script support proper contetn sharing between servers, so when one box gets shaped or down it moves to the next one?
