Am i the only one who see this and the first thing I think is "lawsuit" ? It kind of resembles um monopoly ?

And if I remember correctly monopoly goes after people... I believe there was a ghetto monopoly version some years back that was going over well that they shut down.

I would be really really really shocked if that happened. I would also think a license like that wouldn't be cheap and would cost a lot more than they can potentialy make from this.

I don't know... never done the exchange but it was 6000 euros nonetheless because some dumb fuck decided to inform Hasbro about our tournament. The person who told me wouldn't tell me who did it but he pasted to me what the guy told him.

I am not sure why anyone would say that about me or D-Money because we have never acted anything like that... I suspect it's pure jealousy from a bitch made motherfucker.

I have to agree with will76 on this one.

If the owners of Monopoly licensed a "porn" version for 6,000 euros then they either misunderstood what the final product would be or have not made a very smart business move.

I really don't see this as being without future issue, so maybe we should all be snapping up these rare collectors' items while we can !

The obvious answer to everything is, stay away from doing private labeled board games with adult natured stuff. The lesson was already learned. The people who sold us the private labeled games had us believe we were doing it right since they said so and we bought it from them. It's their business model. They happened to be wrong and Lifestyle Amateurs settled it with a 1 time license.

I'm sorry. I never read or heard anything, ever, that they had plans of reselling it. Yes, that would be a different story.
