I've got a copy. It's around $550 to purchase +$10/mo to keep it updated. It's a forum spammer. Legal? Yes. Will your sponsor term you for using it? Most likely.

its a blackhat tool. Some had success with it. I don't suggest you use it on sites that don't want banned.
