FOR SALE: Network of Fetish Paysites and Freesites
 

I?m making a move out of the adult industry and am looking to sell up all my sites and content either as individual sets or as a job lot. It?s taken me some time to accumulate and put together the various bits and pieces and is a great opportunity for someone looking to get going quickly in a underexploited adult niche where there is a lot of untapped demand. For someone with the time to promote and develop the sites this could be a nice little income stream.

This is what I have

Paysites (currently running through ccbill)

Chicks In Socks (www.chicksinsocks.com) A niche paysite been running since April 2008. Has some pretty good reviews and gets traffic from natural google hits and lots of galleries that have been submitted to tgps over the last year or so (including some on The Hun). There is a mixture of exclusive and non exclusive content including (currently) 48 videos and over 100 high quality photosets. 87k hits so far this month

Sock Hunter (www.sockhunter.com) Another niche sock site but more amateur style content, all video. Around 30 videos included of various lengths. 350 hits this month

Kissable Toes (www.kissabletoes.com) A barefoot fetish site started recently, mainly as a bonus site for those joining the above two sites. 1k hits this month

Fetish Crazy (www.fetishcrazy.com) A mixed fetish site of non exclusive material created as a bonus site for the other paysites. 580 hits this month

Free Sites

XXX Feet XXX (www.xxxfeetxxx.com) A tgp and link site with some reviews, galleries and other material. I guess you could call it a hub site. Lots of natural search engine traffic from google. 14k hits this month so far.

Hot Sock Girls (www.hotsockgirls) a free site with a couple of galleries. No idea of the traffic. Acts as a feeder site to Chicks In Socks.

Sock Fetish Central (www.sockfetishcentral) A hub site, not really developed, to feed to my paysites and other paysites with my affiliate code as well as blogs and forum discussion. 600 hits this month (search engine)

Sock Movies (www.sockmovies.com) A kind of fake tube with clips from the Chicks In Socks paysite to bring in more traffic, particularly from blogs and forums. Clips are short and medium quality to encourage sign ups to the Chicks In Socks site.

Woody?s Free Porn (www.woodysfreeporn.com) Lists free sign up sites which give surfers free sign ups but have a pps for affiliates. Not promoted very little traffic

XXX Review Sites (www.xxxreviewsites.com) A site which reviews how good review sites are. A review site review site, if you like. Haven?t done anything to it in a long time, hence very little traffic.

Porn Small Ads (www.pornsmallads.com) A silly idea of having a page look like a local newspaper small ads page. Fake small ads linking to paysites with my affiliate code. Never really promoted it so not much traffic although I have had a couple of sign ups.

Porn-Podcasting (www.porn-podcasting.com) Bought the domain but just parked it. Probably no traffic.


I also have a sock fetish blog and a sock fetish forum on the chicksinsocks.com domain which gets some traffic.

So what about income? The paysites all together have earnt over $2.5k (after affiliate referrals of about $1k) so far this year. The paysites currently have around 100 affiliates. The content is supplied with 2257 documentation.

XXX Feet XXX also generates income from my affiliate codes in the links on the sites, in the galleries and also in the reviews. It?s hard to specify exactly how much each month but it?s probably in the region of $200.

I?ve spent around $3-4k alone in exclusive and semi-exclusive content to give the sites a unique feel. The new owner could either just take them as they are, get some more content and continue updating. You get all the designs included for all the sites, including the .psd files and anything else you might need.

I?m looking for offers in the region of $7-8k

Don't get me wrong, but your asking price is the revenue of 5 years ($ 1000 in 9 months, $ 111 per month, $ 7000 asking price = 63 months of revenue) ... i know ... cost of shooting content, cost of setting up the site, setting up little traffic sources ... but I seriously doubt you'll get this price ...

Hi I am interested, but not in all the sites, have added you to ICQ.

I think you misread what I wrote. I said that there was $1k of affiliate sales (ie other people) and that my paysites were bringing me $2.5k in around 8 months (in fact it's $2.6k). So that is about $400 per month from the paysites plus around $200 from various other sales from the other sites, totalling $600 ish per month. so that makes it around 12 months revenue and doesn't include the setting up.

Hope that makes it clearer.

I realise it is a bit of a chunk of cash for a lot of people, so if there is some interest I could give some prices for each of the sites.

I also wondered whether there are any big programs out there that might consider a deal?

ooops, another couple of things.

If the buyer is interested the paysites can be integrated into a new affiliate program which is about to be launched with a colleague of mine. That would increase exposure of the sites and give some flexibility in marketing.

Also I have some good contacts that have shot the content and would be able to do more at a great price!
