I don't agree with him, but he still has the right to free speech... whether or not he has the decency to know how to use it.

free speech has nothing to do with House rules against doing what he did.

Well the resolution of disapproval (not censure) passed...and there is not any disciplinary action ony that the resolution will permanently be in is record. It was pretty much a straight party line vote.
