CCBill for Dating Sites?

Is CCBill a good option for dating sites?

Do they fight the chargebacks on your behalf? We are having a problem with friendly chargebacks, i.e. people who use the site and then claim it is unauthorized. Any ideas on how to deal with this?

Also, is your site worthwhile? I mean can they find dates? No offense just asking.. .

Using Paypal. It is not an adult site. It is a niche dating site with real members.

How would they handle a situation where a person has been using the site for 6 months and then decides to chargeback all 6 months of subscription payments?

With Paypal, that would be enough to have them restrict your account and hold all your funds till the chargeback is resolved.

First, you need to diversify. The way paypal loves to freeze funds and lock accounts putting all your eggs in the paypal basket is a bad idea for any business.

I think you are best off securing your own merchant account and the working with a gateway, I suggest Netbilling.

As a dating site, you should have a ton of info at your disposal to fight the chargeback. Call paypal's dispute department and put together an packet for them including the uesr's IP addresses, email address, profile information and pics.
