I needed to know in that linked topic above it for thier "Multi-tiered webmaster referral". If I could use a bot to harvest millions of emails from whois databases and then send out emails to webmasters asking them to sign up using my affiliate code?

And then can I keep sending the exact same email to those same webmasters on a daily basis for a few years? (I would just have my bot scheduled to keep automatically sending and resending that same email).

Needed to know if that would that be against their programs policy, but no response from them... asked about a dozen times over the past year and sent it to like 12 different email addresses of theirs, but not a single reply...

does this ingoring us mean it is acceptable for their program??? or does the lack of response mean they are just a scam and want us to do it so they can take the revenue and then not pay us..? so don't even bother??...
