She's fully entitled to exercise her copyright, assuming she has legitimate ownership.

Shes a christian _schoolteacher_.

Kids are going to jail for sending nude photos to their friends. They could legitimately argue that their videos are "private". Still they are getting arrested, harassed, and their families dragged thru the mud and forced to pay massive legal bills.

So at the very least, christian or not, making the video _as a schoolteacher_, in the midst of the sexting panic era, was at best unwise.

Personally, I don't think kids should be being arrested for sending their vids either. But thats not what the conservatives in charge of the schools think.

But who knows, maybe she's lucky enough to work for an enlightened school that wont buckle under to the panic.
