Can soft still convert ?
 

Hi,
Are soft sites unable to attract users anymore ?
I manage a site of soft content called Eva's Garden (evasgarden.eu) and am in the process to publish a new version of it witch is in beta at test.evasgarden.eu
To complete this redesign we are drawing two other sites with cross content from EvasGarden mixed with exclusive content for this 2 new sites, and (perhaps) take over a site name DenudeArt (denudeart.com)...
We also build a version for iPhone technology.
All our content is exclusive of the highest quality and on the level of the big players of this niche or even better
We need users, so we need traffic !
What's the best way ?
because it looks to us that the conversion is very hard to realise...:Oh crap

Soft sites and what I would call Art Nude do attract users/members in my opinion.

Your site is also great.

One thing I would suggest is that you also redo the Webmasters area making it easier for affiliates to grab the galleries they want and all at once in a text or other document.

best way is to give your affiliates more freedom ... i had a site where i used parts of your designs ... the site was there only to promote your evas garden site. i got email that i will be sued if i will use the part of designs ... i sent email that i am promoting only evasgarden there, i had still to remove it ... not sure why thats problem, but its no problem for me to send the traffic somewhere else, just shame the wasted time, domain and se traffic ...

We run a really, really soft site www.onlytease.com and sell very well, so I would def say that soft can sell - and I have seen your site and think it is brilliant (also sold a few affiliate members to you guys as well).

Yes but problem is there is more and more sites which promotes softcore which make it very saturated niche.

You never use someones images or (especially) designs without first getting permission.

Many companies go to great lengths to establish and maintain an image, they can't let just anyone 'fly their colors' where ever they please, because it depreciates that image.

Our sites are semi soft with tease full nude and full on masturbation and toys

and we are converting like crazy :) hope this helps

imho, it is not so much real site of soft, even if I admitt easily that it is a lot of site who promote it... And this is the point of my question ! How to find the way to convert when so many site promote the content.
I am french and in France we say "Trop d'impôts tue l'impôt" (Too much taxes kill the taxes). Is it the same here ? Too much promo is killing the promo ?
Or shall we increase the volume of promo ?
How to find the way to finally got a few dollars to pay the costs ?
I think we have better content than some others around, but we are one of the last coming in the market, and...

We are in the process to redesign Eva's Garden (test.evasgarden.eu) and we are also designing 2 other sites with different look, so I can say that it is a huge amount of work, interfaces, codes, convert and reorganize data-base, adapt to new technologies (Mobile), so I understand very well that people before me was not very happy to see their work taken away (even for promotion...)!

I am in touch with few affiliates who requested custom made FHG adaptated to their own niche, and we are building the tool which will allow me to send them this kind of FHG :)

Yes, softcore sells. Our softcore mobile site is doing pretty good so if you have softcore sites I recommend that you use us for your mobile traffic. Our softcore site is at http://www.cutestgirls.com. Of course, if you look at it on a PC you will get the PC version of the site.
