Hmm, most of mine are more twitter related than actually contain the trademarked domain within them. I think they trademarked tweet too but could be wrong. I have domains like twomance, twivid, etc.

They tried to trademark tweet, but it didn't get approved. And it won't get in any near future.

That is good news. While they have let people use twitter in the domain name they have said lately that they'd rather people be more creative. I bet they will go after domains if you spam the site using it or it is adult related. I know they are trying to trademark retweet too.

retweet would make sense as a trademark because that is clearly only associated with twitter.

But, tweet would be plain stupid.
