cant tell you because its loading way to slow. Looks like its trying to load a soundfile? Remove that or let it play on visitors request.

yeah taking FOREVER to load.

Page is loading very slow and It's waaaaay too big, you can't just scale down 3500x2500 pics to 550x400, makes for ultra slow loading. That sound clip should be removed or atleast not on autostart too.

So can anyone tell me how to make smaller pix without comprising the quality of them?

Every time I turn them into Thumb nails they get all grainy on me???

I'm working on my second gallery now with smaller sized pic files, so it should load better than my Super Sized Pix- I HOPE!!!!

Get a good thumbnail pogram or use photoshop and crop them if you really want to keep good quality.

btw- that's soooooo fine if you don't like my work on the sites setup. It refelects my personality and I like that.

loads slow as fuck on my 20 Mbps connection because bad enough your pics are too big but you just scale down the pics for the thumbs. And WTF is up with the music? Ironic you have a copyright notice on your gallery when the music your using is probably violating copyright. That gallery would suck in 1999. You're at least 4-5 years too late for getting into this business.

OK Lemme give u some constructive criticism .... as far as the page design u could use a lil photoshop with optimized Jpegs and pngs .... get ur self a nice assortment of brushes to spice things up.

Now if u positively don't wanna use PS then at least get Arles which is a nice lil program with a fuckload of features to help you create fast loading thumbs and gallery pages...... u have to read the manual/how-to-guides... to learn how to use this one to its full potential tho.

My take is that you took the actual full sized pictures and resized them with an HTML attribute such as "width" "height" which creates thumbs on the galley page but the full size image is being loaded because of that..... I haven't checked your HTML but thats most likely the reason as to why it is loading so slow

Okay, again, it loads painfully slow on my 25mbps connection, like others have said, use Photoshop or another thumbnailing program to get the pics to a size that will load quickly.

Next This isn't myspace. Kill the music unless that is what you are selling. Many surfers are looking surreptitiously while the wife or gf is across the room doing something else. Music or sound on a porn site is like asking that surfer to exit the page immediately.

It's really just a PT thing to make some money on the side...

Loads too slow.

Im afraid i have to mirror what everyone else is saying. This loads way to slow. I had to clsoe it down in the end because it took to long. This is definately something you will need to sort out. Porn surfers will not wait.

(I had a different webguy who did nothing but sit on his ass prior to my new one)

I hear what you're all saying about the sizes of the pic taking way tooo long to load and the music and stuff- so I'm gonna quickly spit out a few thumbnails and make a few sample pages to demo here- and maybe get some feed back on the different set ups?

In all sincerity, you should hire a webmaster to assist you as you learn how to create/run sites.

About the music. It has to go. For a couple of reasons. First off not everyone is going to like it. I personally didn't. It just isn't my thing. So as I waited for the thumbs to load the music started playing and annoyed me so I hit the back button and left. The other reason is that it will shock some people and if they forget they have their speakers on it comes blaring out and if there are somewhere where they shouldn't be people will look at them and they could get caught checking out porn. That is a lesser concern though then the two other real real reasons which are: 1. those who don't like the music will be annoyed by it and leave. 2. Adding the music slows the load time of the page. Both of these lead to the one and only truth in this industry: you are looking to give people a reason to stay on your page and get them to click through. You don't want to do things that will give them any reason to leave. Slow loading pages, annoying colors, music, bland pictures, anything like that could give them a reason to leave.

It is kind of like selling a house. If you have a house you want to sell you paint the walls a neutral color because it will appeal to the largest group of people. You don't paint them neon orange. There might be a few people out there that like neon orange walls, but many people will see them, hate them, and it knowing they will have to paint over them just gives them a reason not to buy your house.

You're forcing the thumbs to re-size, 2304px × 3456px (scaled to 138px × 207px) Very bad idea. Just make some thumbs. The page takes forever to load like that. Plus you're burning through bandwidth.

And lose the sound. Most people surf porn in private and want to be discrete they dont need a loud obnoxious unwanted track blaring through the bedroom at 3am.
