Design looks great to me, but I would like a different BG color. Too much of the same color. Would look nice on a blue background.
Also, definitely let me know about the promo when it happens. I'm about to open a new pissing site.

Loads too slow. 4/10 rating. The point is to deliver content, not overload the surfer with fancy graphics.

Indeed, it does load slowly. I'm downloading at 12.46 Mb/s.

I'm at near 30Mb/s, and it took about 15 to 20seconds to load.

Poor 56k users.

if I check http://www.goldenpassions.com/ I see a lot of spacing issues and some nonsensical elements, but if you go to http://www.goldenpassions.com/tour/2/ it looks better.

First of all, if you have to make an effort to read something... well, take it out. I mean that snippet of text with lots of blank space at the sides and that graph which I don't even understand how is it related to the design

Color palette and background are very good for the niche, with automatic reference to what the surfer may expect

I'd take off the interstitial banner and replace it with text and make the download movie button way smaller (and actually leading to a movie download) while adding a "join now" button. If people wants to join, they will click that. If they don't, they won't. If they are unsure and just want to preview the stuff and you lead them to the join page, you may piss them off (no pun intended)

Either way, I'd fill that blank space where the "download movie" button is, either by adding another button as I said, either by making the button bigger. To the very least, I'd vertical align to the middle. Oh, and keep the episodes uniform, not like they are right now, some with 10 thumbs and some with 6. (and btw, when you add 10 thumbs, the episode bg looks fucked up)

Other than the issues mentioned above, I really like the episode holder

and finally, the bottom section. I'm still trying to decide what is that about, what do you mean to do with that and why is it there. To the very least, you have 3 elements that add nothing but noise, and to make it worse, extremely bulky. I'd simply kill the "Join Now" banner, the "show me more pissing videos" bar and that huge red thing and leave only the 3 buttons at the bottom, only that I'd replace "Free Tour" (tours ARE FREE and they're already seeing it, doh) with "next page" or "see more" or something like that.

In short, the tour is decent, it has serious layout problems but they're easy to solve. btw, check the html, it has some errors that could lead to other problems, including the tracking script not working

Not into the whole golden shower niche, but the design itself is pretty artistic. I like the bubble borders around the content, it fits the niche and looks nice.

Not very valuable comment.
The page takes a while to load because there is so much content on the page, not because it's a "heavy" design. The design is just a background image, which loads quickly. The scenes take a while to load, but it's not like you have to wait to see anything, you can start scrolling and watch the scenes while the rest is loading.
Oh well, thanks anyway. I'll go read the constructive criticism now.

Yeah the graph is actually meant to display some stats, which aren't there atm, maybe take it out for now.
Would you just increase text size for that intro text?
By "interstitial banner" you mean the banner between each scene?
I'll replace the 10 small thumbnails with 6 on the small scenes, as probably people will mainly look at the big ones anyway.
As for the bottom, the menu is just for some easier navigation, maybe i should remove the "Show me more..." link, since there is already too much navigation.
And I'll run it through w3c validation too, thanks for your input.

Design is ok, and it loads pretty fast for me...

I think it might convert a sale or two...

Header too large. A little too bright. Needs to be more simple. Easier on the eyes. Needs different background color, I'd say.
