Can anyone suggest or tell me where I can get it relatively cheaply?

MaxMind is the best, but if you're a real cheap fucker. ip-to-country is OK for country matches.

MaxMind obviously, they do offer free versions and also offer pay per item - 20.00 for 50,000 inquries if your starting out :)
