The draft for HTML 5 came out http://www.w3.org/TR/2009/WD-html5-20090825/

No frames. Funky proposed tags: <nav> and <footer> <article> <section> etc.

The iframes change is an interesting one... Some people sculpt SEO structure using iframes. Although probably not as big as the effect of the changes made last year re nofollow
