A few quick comments for your edification:

1. No that's not our exact router. :)

2. Some chassis are oriented with the PSU's on top.

3. OMDC, you are a nick affiliated with SplitInfinity/Suavemente, are you not? Given your DC is the Otay Mesa Data Center, and your stated location is close to San Diego. If so, please keep in mind that for a hosting company to post derogatory comments in the thread of another hosting company is one of the biggest mistakes you can make here, and given recent threads which I will not name, I don't think you want to go down that road anymore than you already have.

4. Critical, I appreciate your constructive criticism, and you are indeed right in that most chassis orient the PSU's at the bottom, and totally justified in your comment.

First off I'd like to say very nice professional reply on both your parts, I think a lot of people could learn a thing or 2 about PR from you guys including myself. That being said, I have already welcomed you to the hosting world and can assure you OMDC although flying our name is NO longer with us and has not been for a long while. Only reason why he has that nick is because he has the password and we do not.

Critical: Since chassis with PSU's oriented at the top aren't too common anymore, I will grab a pic of a more recent 6500 chassis and have it put up, since other people may get the same impression you did, and I'd hate for anyone to doubt our expertise or service quality of something so silly. So again - your input is always appreciated, especially when put across in such a constructive manner. :)

There could have been a happy meal sitting on that server and I wouldnt have noticed it was wrong lol.
