Yes, DDF Cash is located in Budapest as far as I know, but some of the Crew might be french.

If you mean her content is all over, than I have to agree, sadly her ex stole some part of her content and sold it to several ppl as Exclusive :((( An example is Eve's "Marina Mendosa" site.. I remember adpayout facing this issue back when they were OK - and they couldn't do nothing against the dude and his scam. [the dude is introduning himself as italian businessman "luciano" or whatever, his company is "interperla" i wrote about this scam in several posts here]
