Ok, I have an account with rackhost = interserver for 2 or 3 years, never had much problems.

This is my current plan $9,95/month: http://rackhost.net/virtual.php?rackii

Back in the day I got them, that was a nice price, nowadays there is plenty of other guys offering plans for more or less the same price with the advantage that some of them offer unlimited domain name and 1 unique IP.

My mainstream business website is hosted with them, seo optimized with some good keywords results, now, if I change to other host what's the deal with google ? I guess it will mess my keywords right ?

Go with CertifiedHosting.com for your virtual account.

If you do the move correctly (I can do it for you if you need my service), there will be no downtime at all, and Google won't see anything (expect the new server IP).

Unique Ip can be debated for ever ,,, a bit like the 9/11 collapse of the Twin Towers.
If you need more domains, IP, etc ... purchase a NEW account from those guys for that and don't screw up your actual set-up ...

If you can move from a shared IP to a dedicated and get it cheaper, go for it.

So now I'm with Amerinoc aka PhatServers, I just got unlimited domain names, dedicated ip, and 3 month free for the summer discount.

I will pay $25 quarterly so it will be around $8,33 each month

I'm slowly moving my stuff and so far so good.

You made a great decision but they'll move your stuff for you. AmeriNOC/PhatServers support can't be be beat.

I'm with Amerinoc and they moved all my sites quick and easy for me when I signed up. Never had any problems with them. They are of course not the only ones in the game and I could very well have ended up with some of the others mentioned in this thread, but I choose Amerinoc and has never had a single reason to ever reconsider that choice. Don't fix what ain't broken!
