Monitor Question

Lately my monitor for no reason will start making hissing and whistling sounds? any idea, I think its trying to communicate with me or some shit....

Its reasonably new, 19 inch samsung..

Really starting to get annoying, any ideas?

Is it a CRT? I think they call that a bad flyback transformer.

Take it back if you can.
