A #1 Website and, or webmaster is using my content???
 

A #1 Website is using my content inside the members area and
on the homepage and tours, with no permission what so ever.
No model releases. It a #1 porn star too. What is my best way to
fucking make the most amount of money out of this ?
How much money could i look to fuck them for?

you need to get a lawyer to draft you a C & D letter, send it to the company that you say is infringing your copyright, send a copy to their web hosting company. I'm sure that will get the image down. As for damages, you can ask them for whatever you want. If they don't want to pay, your only recourse is to file a lawsuit. This hopefully will get them to settle with you before you have to go further - you can get a fair hunk of change just for one instance of copyright infringement.

i took the photo's here in vegas, not even the porn star has the rights to the photo's. and have all the releases too.... and she is even #1 porn star, you all like here you have posted her on GFY

Find Serge, show him license and photo for proof. Get him to post about this #1 website using your stolen content. Don't forget to add links to your site, for maximum profitability and exposure. At every turn, threaten to involve lawyers. Lawyers need money, they're extremely underpaid. Simultaneously, contact Steve Easton at Apic who everyone loves and respects.
