Phatserver / Amerinoc server problem anyone?
4 days ago my sites got suspended because I hadn't pay my server bill, although I have my CC updated, I contacted Moose at phatserver and she told me that I haven't payed my bill
so I added funds to my server and payed it right away, although it suppose to be billed automatically. anyway I thought it's all solved out, BUT no, the day afterwards it happens again, exactly 24 hours after the first time, and my sites where suspended again... talked to moose again, and she got the suspension off and sites run again... yesterday AGAIN same problem, getting sites online again and telling me there is a BUG with my billing and stuff, and support should fix it... TODAY it's almost 9 hours after sites are suspended again, and with no answer from moose or anyone at billing, support has answer and told me that it's a billing problem.... 1. I wanted to know if someone had those king of Issue with them? 2. wanted to post it here - maybe this way moose or someone else will contact me faster 3. do you know any RELIABLE web Hosting company with Virtual/hared plans thank you |

None - zero - zip - nada Have tried 10-15 now, and there is always something. So now I only trust my own local dedicated. A shame its 5-6 times as expensive here, but I guess that is the way it have to be |

but what you'll do if your host have those problems 4 day's in a row? |
Nope, never had any problems with billing in 8 years. Hope you get your sites back up asap.

I've only been with Phatservers for a couple of years but they have the best support then any hosting company I've ever been with. They've always bent over backwards to take care of me and listen....I don't have no kind of big plan or anything like that. I'm just a regular, everyday, normal guy! If this issue turns out to be their fault, tell them you want a free month of service or something. They are stand-up folks, they'll take good care of you given the opportunity. At least....that's been my experience with them! |

Yeah, I gotta say I have been delighted by Phat...
I had a card run out (Expired) a while ago, but they didnt suspened service... I just gave them my new cards details (Via bying 'Nothing' for a penny online from them) and all has been good since... I wouldnt be 'too' quick to move... You could be jumping out of the fryin pan into the fire. My two fav server providers are Phat (For Budget) and Mojo (For full on) :) |

To address the issue which was discussed with Holy M@n directly... automation can be a wonderful tool, so far, our new billing system has been great overall and simplified a lot of things for our staff and clients. Unfortunately, in this case, we have a combination of an automation bug during a plan upgrade and human error in not correctly seeing what the issue was the first time so we went down the wrong path in "fixing" the issue. This is the first such incident we have had with the new system where an account got suspended when it shouldn't have, but when you are the one it is happening to that doesn't matter. We have worked hard for 9 years to make our clients happy and look forward to having Holy M@n around as a happy client for the next 9 years. |

Had problems with them but they were fast with their support.
Been with Atcihosting for a while now with no complaints. |
I have been with them for over 5 years and its a virtual account and they are UNMATCHED in service and they have NEVER let me down
