-How do you appraise the format of our reviews? Are there any changes you would like to see to make them more friendly?
-What is your opinion in regards to the text style of our reviews?

I think your review pages are pretty tidy actually, plenty of images, not all text which is a good thing. I like the way you break up the review with image samples and the table of 'specs'

Only thing maybe worth looking at in future is some kind of flash video of the site review? I think that may become popular in future
