how do you protect from fake ads/pics?
I mean someone upload pictures of some person who is not an escort, or somepne uploading minor pics etc etc

Tell her to come in for a personal interview and then also tell her you need to have sex with her to make sure she is a women.

Ask them to provide a picture of themselves verifying they are the person in the image they submitted. Or ask for an ID.

that makes sense but sound too extreme, I did not hear escort directories do this.

ID is good for age verification as well. Most escort directories probably don't do it but we do.

Why don't you call them at the telephone number they list? Or if they don't give you a phone number, pull up the whois of their domain and try contacting them that way to verify.

that would confirm that they are somebody, but not that they are the actual person from pictures they submitted :)
