Actually, she hardly does. She has people for that.

One of my good friends works closely with her on a daily basis @ HARPO. Oh the stories I have heard...

All in all though, she does have a happy workforce. Three or four years ago was a week in Hawaii, all expenses paid...this year it was two weeks in Europe/Med, all expenses paid...each staff member and their spouse or another guest.

wait till you find out who owns an equity stake in a lot of nutriceutical companies...
