Weird, I can't get access www.ccbill.com or any links that start with refer.ccbill.com

Maybe it's related to the problem they were having yesterday.

Works fine for me. When I had Cox years ago I had it happen to me from time to time and seemed to be a routing issue with my ISP.

Yeah I'm thinking it must be a routing issue....

www.ccbill.com dies here...

Corvette is looking into it just to make sure.

Problem solved, it was a cookie issue. I noticed I could load CCBill sites in IE, but not Firefox.

It reminded me of the occasional problem with gmail where it just refuses to load.

Firefox: Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Show cookies

Deleted the CCBill cookie, and voila, all CCBill sites loaded perfectly again.

The whole thing made me wonder how often that happens to the average surfer...

Anyways, sorry for the false alarm.

Up from NYC

I'm not sure the specifics but I believe ccbill has a large network of servers so you access the closest server so even though you might be getting an outtage its probably limited to just your area. You would think it would push to the next close computer and because of this is very redundant and never have an outtage. hopefully ccbill will explain soon.

Just for those who missed my post....

the problem was me, not CCBill :)
