How come adult doesn't have a PAC or similar organization?
Every multi-billion dollar industry has lobbyists on retainer in DC.
Why is adult any different? There is a ton of tax revenue derived from adult.
I got to thinking about this in relation to the revised 2257 and how hard it is for affiliates and sponsors to work together to ensure compliance.
Surely a good lobbyist could get the law revised to where affiliates are not required to keep records so long as the sponsor is in compliance?
