Does this WP Plugin exist?

Anyone know if this plugin exists:
You tag up your WP header, footer, single, page, and sidebar files. The plugin rotates the relevant sized text or banner ad among those differing sections. Everytime the reader loads a page, the ads are in different locations. NOTE: This is not merely to rotate differing ad campaigns but to ROTATE THE PLACEMENT of the ads on the page.

Why? To combat banner burnout, to increase interaction with content (by having a moving feature), to increase click throughs.

Just load the zones in an array, shuffle the array and output them in the various positions.

its not hard to do, im not aware of a plugin, but i will see if i can hunt something down, but you could put a hack in your themes functions.php file
