seo question, problem inside

hello everyone. i need a help from you. is there any possibility to "restart" domain in search engines? i mean, i need to do everything from the start. i have found that some bitch is publishing my domains with thousands of others on some russian free servers and every domain that is listed on those sites goes deep in search results. looks like the sites are blacklisted or something like that and its bringing my sites down. what to do please? can someone help me with this one? thanks in advance and wish you best with your sites! :thumbsup

backlinks cannot hurt your website. Only linking to malicious sites can harm it. If backlinks could hurt rankings, then you would all be my bitches. But, they don't. :)

Back links won't hurt PR, but that is of course not the only element of Google's
ranking. The basic axiom Google is founded on is that web sites link to important
sites, so if lots of sites link to you you're probably important. A very natural extension
of that is "evil sites tend to look to other evil sites, so if several evil sites link to you
you're probably an important evil site". That is,it would be reasonable of Google to
think "evil sites often link to each other. We know at least three evil sites link to
unknown.com, therefore unknown.com is also likely to be evil". In fact, that's true -
we've found that the best way to find new password sites and forums is by crawling
the thousands that we know about, following links.

In general, I find that any time I can think of something that would be reasonable
for Google to do in order to improve their results, they are already doing it. Google
hires the very best engineers around and encourages them to be creative, so I
would be surprised if Google hasn't tried this kind of thing. Without a careful test
we can't know for sure one way or the other, but if Google were smart they would
probably factor that in as one element, and Google _IS_ smart.

I assume the russian sites are scrapers, not only linking to you, but grabbing all the content and republishing it. This can become really nasty, having scapers fire up duplicate after duplicate can actually hurt your rankings when your site isn't strong enough.

The only solution: Spam reports. Unfortunately these guys often play the game with hundreds of domains...
