Streaming Plugin Software?
 

anybody have what is essentially an 'off the shelf' solution to create a leased plugin featuring video streams?

'Off the shelf' meaning you have developed it in-house and sell it to others.

Not sure if the plugin would require the video to be streamed via true streaming on a Windows Media server or just go the route that Bangbus and many other video sites do and just use http protocol pseudo streaming.

Software would also be able to track accesses and bandwidth usage per each company leasing the plugin.
