I've sent at least 1 hit to 85 sponsors today. It's kind of a broad range.

None. I have 6 credit cards and I make one trial signup pear day on each of my sponsors with every card :)

in range from few hits to couple of 1000 ... it depends of sponsors and conversion for my traffic etc..

You should at least send a couple of hits a day to each sponsor to avoid raising suspicions.

Usually with our home page posts and video plugs we send 1-3k a day to a sponsor.
