How can I tell if google is picking up or ignoring my blogs such as www.ITBabes.com www.ClownX.com www.DVStars.com and so on. And how can I improve this?

getting good position on SE is another...

You've did the easy part... getting listed...
Now you need to get some nice position... that's where the problem is...

browse for seo topics and tweak your blogs so they are search engine friendly :)

You can start by enabling permalinks and not putting all the posts under 'Uncategorized'.

Oh and writing your own posts wouldn't hurt either....

RSS fed blogs suck. Blogs that are fed with gallery feeds are even worse.
