CUSTOM DESIGN WANTED: mainstream WP theme for adsense-heavy sites
 

Looking for a designer that can a) Design and b) code WP themes. This is a mainstream project.

We need someone who can take my directions re SEO optimization of the page structure and has some good ideas regarding the right blend of Adsense ad blocks and 125 x 125 and 250 px general ad blocks.

We have a decent budget for this project but I'm obviously interested in finding the best value.

We plan to use an EVOLUTIONARY MODEL for picking the right design so all your mockups will be traffic tested to see which fits our traffic profile the best. Of course, mockup design labor and effort should be priced into your bid.

Only designers with previous WP design AND coding experience please...
