Need some opinions.
 

I currently see all these posts that ARS stinks and the convert like shit. Now this brings me to my next question.

I consistantly have 20-40 sales a week with ARS, does this mean if I sent traffic elsewhere I could get 40-60 sales a week. Just a question!

Yep, probably. Some sponsors definitely convert better than ARS is my experience. I've had nothing but bad luck with ARS myself too.

take a look at Gamma Cash, they convert better ( although they pay only $25 per sign up, promoting them should be more profitable 4 you than sending traffic to ARS :-)
