I appreciate Jim Collins' insight and at Twistys we have referred to Good to Great a number of times. What I'm curious about is this:

Are you saying Twistys is in decline?

Some companies are always asking that question as of late.... and are doing well. :-)

Some are grasping, some are helping try to lead the industry, some have fallen, some have become irrelevant, some of its kinda representing just how the industry is in general. And there are some that have maybe risked alot but are now realizing what they did wrong and are correcting themselves probably just in time.
