I like it just fine. I played it and the Gibson, and really couldnt tell a difference in them other than the Gibson has the active EMG 81/85 pickups and the Epi has the passive EMG-HZ pickups, both sounds really good. The Epi was quite a bit less and felt like the same build quality in my hands, so I bought it instead. If you like a real hardcore metal sound, you cant go wrong with it especially for the price.
Although my custom built Carvin DC125 blows it away. But thats in a whole different league.
