Ouch...I've had that happen once with what I thought was a small agency and their list seemed to apparently be huge from all the spam that came afterwards. If this had everyone's individual email address on it vs. a "list" email address though, then it sounds even worse. :(

Advertisers pay in advance, publishers get 60 days @ MA....text ads, banner and thumbnail hosting only.
Come on Jay...What kind of money is needed there then?
