We've been with WebAir.com for a few years now and I can genuinely tell you ANYwebcam.com wouldn't be where we are today with out the amazing support of WebAir.com

Sure we have a commercial relationship with WebAir, but rarely in my 15+ years in business do you find an organization that you can truly call a Partner. For over three years we've continued to evolve the business and WebAir has been there the whole way. Mike and his whole team have been there supporting us, educating us and inspiring whole new steps forward for the business with their services.

I'm sure we're not WebAir's biggest or most complex client but I can tell you we have stress tested every aspect of their hosting. Their networking knowledge, multiple BGP'd links and now their Cloud Storage have all been hammered and always held up 110%!

I couldn't tell you where WebAir is positioned in the market, but I can tell you don't make the mistake of thinking of your Hosting Provider as just a commodity, find a group of people that share your passion to provide the best service possible and create a new partner in your business. IMHO you won't find a better partner then WebAir.com

I think back to the all to brief meeting I had with Mike years ago now and shake my head at what we would have missed out on if we hadn't met. My girlfriends sites are as well hosted on webair (both non adult) and shes been more then happy with them and whenever one of her girlfriends asks where shes hosted she immediatly gives them a link to webair.com.

I met Mike and sagi briefly a few years back in Amsterdam during webmaster access and it was good to finally shake the hand of the guy that got me hosted.

Its good to see someone posting their positive experience with a webhost. Often you only see the negative.

I've had my own sites hosted with webair for the past several years. Until last night I've never spoken to their customer support, I haven't needed it. Last night I moved my grilling forum, sharky.com, to a new server and spoke with their overnight support techs AJ & Ken. They were prompt, professional and knowledgable. I know enough server admin to cause damage and haven't messed with MySQL in a while. They walked me through the backup and restore process, making my life much easier!

I've sent probably 40-50 clients & friends to webair over the last few years. I would have never done that if I didn't expect a certain "level of excellence".

If i need to talk to management/or even the boss....I can always get in touch. That means, even if a tech is missing the mark on a job getting done, i can get it rectified immediately. Mike & Gerard are at all the big shows....& they are almost ALWAYS online.

Their control panel is easy to understand/Easy to use. And if I'm too lazy to do it myself, i can click a button & get a live person on to answer my question within 30 seconds...because i don't like submitting "tickets"....it feels so, i dunno, cold. Usually i can get a tech on AIM too, without even having to login my control panel.

Everything there is setup to make my life a little less complicated.

Webair is really awesome.
