OK, I get this email from a cammodel... WTF!
Im promoting her in an honest way & she wants to contact her lawyer because im using her pictures...
Here what she wrote: Concerning your website you do not have my permisson to use the photo's that on on my website and will contacted my Laywer for damages and loss of income due to your method of business. ------ you trying to make money for them and they spit on your face, why a fuckin bitch! |
Hmm sounds like drama.
|
drop her and move on to the next
|
obv she didn't read the model release before signing it? LOL! So are you going to take the time to explain to her how retarded she's acting and how she needs to turn that attitude around and start makin you money or are you just gna drop her? I'd say ether option is the correct one :)
One of my least fav parts of my job is dealing with webcam models that seem to have no common sense and trying to decide if the time spent on them is worth the $ made.. usually its not for me :( |

Fuck her, stop sending her traffic.
|
Where did you get the pictures you used? if they were from an affiliate program that is fine. If you took them from her site, then I can see why she may get a bit upset.

That is true. If she has the content in her affiliate program not sure why she is being a bitch about it. I also have come up with a lot of names that start with cyber. :) |

Which cam company are you promoting and did you get the images from the cam site? Now if you went to her personal site and took her images to promote her she has a case, which I would then stop promoting her. You not doing anything wrong if you are using her images, that she posted publicly, so you can send her more traffic and make her money. |
ok i see you got it from the cam site, someone needs to let her know she doesn't own the images but the cam company does.
Now she could have a legit complaint if the cam site has block zones and she "opted out" of allowing her content to be used by affiliates... again not sure which cam site you talking about. It wouldn't be a legal issue though, just her complaining to the cam site asking them to ask you to stop. Clickcash for example has "clickcash complaint" chat host, who are ok with people using their content. But even some of the complaint ones freak out and ask for you to stop using them, clickcash will back them and ask you to stop if the chat host requests for it. |
post the pic. big deal.

Posting a pic might help out someone else who's promoting her avoid the drama.
|
Post the pic so I can bust a nut off on her. Hurry up please!
|
