Any scripts for a clip store?

I cant seem to find any scripts that are for building a clip store site. I just need something that will allow people to purchase a particular studios clips and save the clips they like ect. Be nice to find something at a decent price. Thanks.

http://PhantomFlicks.com is an inexpensive script that I use for my token-based VOD site. You can use pretty any billing company with it. They also have a script called PhantomCart.com for CCBill clients.

How is your VOD based site working out for you? I've just started producing and have been selling clips on clips4sale and related sites and DVDs through the various auction sites. Once I have enough content I'd like to start my own site and am trying to figure out if VOD is more profitable than subscription based sites. It'd be much appreciated if you could list some pros and cons. :thumbsup

As stated or implied above, any shopping cart that allows downloadable products can do this, i.e. osCommerce, Zen-Cart, etc. You can use your own merchant account, PayPal (if they let you), 2Checkout, Google Checkout, etc. Just listing some of the payment methods. Review the payment processors terms and conditions before implementing.

Hey tonyparra, Our software allows you to offer content utilizing a pay-per-view token type system.

You can restrict content however you would like, per video/per image set/per page and any other possible combination. Feel free to drop me an email to see if our solution would work for your needs.

I just used it integrating it with WordPress with some AJAX features and it works fairly well. Simple, but it does its job :thumbsup

They have another one called Phantom Cart that does basically the same thing, but with dollars purchases, not token purchases. Give Bill Frog a holler and he'll walk you through it.

I use Wordpress as the CMS on my VOD site as well. Has a lot of great features and you can't beat free!

I just make 1 token worth $1 so it's pretty straight forward. They can purchase $10 or $25 or more in tokens and use them to download the appropriate number of videos instantly.

I use Phantom on www.naughtyzips.com does using WP as the cms make it easier to add sets, thats what I dont like about it, the time consuming aspect but I love it otherwise.
