ill outline some things for you and give you ideas

a) figure out what sends you the most traffic

b) understand that without making your site itself content rich you will not keep google happy

c) give them a reason to come back to your site daily (you wont get all 12000 coming back but if you can get 50 of them to come back overtime that will amount to good traffic and thats important or as soon as google drops you lower etc your foundation is gone).

See here is what most people do when they are in your situation:

They go ahead throw up some links to sites in that niche and yes for a month or tow or three they make a few extra bucks and then it dies a slow death.

OR

They try to buy some content package off someone and create some member site etc. and that route might sound great and is best ego wise but for the bank account and your nervous system it will prove disastrous ESPECIALLY in these days, dealing with programmers, designers, shooting content, updates, member support etc is not worth it given you have a way better way a 10X better way to turn what you have now into a long term solid income producing site.

First truly understand what the surfer was looking for when he came to your site, surfers are very quick to hit the back button, so give them things to look at that they are looking for.

Create a few content rich quality reviews on each category you are getting hits on, just 3 will be enough, if 70% of your traffic is related to lesbian you might want to focus a bit more on that.

The homepage should feature 3 daily galleries per niche, those galleries should be pic only and update daily.

Figure the following format:

3 galleries

Jan 1: gallery niche 1
Jan 1: gallery niche 2
jan 1: gallery niche 3

then post a few reviews but only the first 50 words and link to the rest with a SEO friendly link yoursite/lesbian_movies.html make sure the pages title etc all seo's

you want to think of ways to get the 12000 hits your getting of google now from people overtime who came to your site and its very doable

by always changing the page you will also show your site as active and again a good thing SEO wise

you follow the above plan and you will make decent recurring money off it and secure your current se position, make it better and also build some sort of traffic that comes directly to your site,

I wrote all this out as I feel many here are in your situation and they waste extreme amounts of money, this is a easy thing to do and it works,
