I think that sort of site would appeal to fans of amateurs as well.

I have been working with a company that produces content for their websites. They require their girls to perform with who they say. Girls that will only perform with their BF/husband or only solo are undesirable for personality/girl site.

So, if she won't do who you say, the site will not attract anyone.

I don't see why a solo girl site wouldn't do well. You can do well with just about any type of niche site as long as you have a clear understanding regarding the fundamental aspects of running a paysite. It also helps if your content is unique and not the same old rehashed type of content that you see all over the web.
