Google Sitemap Generator pluggin question
 

Everytime I want to create a sitemap for my blogs, using the Google Sitemap Generator, I get this error message:

# There was a problem writing your sitemap file. Make sure the file exists and is writable.
# There was a problem writing your zipped sitemap file. Make sure the file exists and is writable.

This started to happen with Wordpress 2.8.2

What do I need to do to make it work?

Upload a file named sitemap.xml and give it adequate permissions.

I was actually just about to make a post about how important this plugin is and how good it is. Here's a screenie of my 'WP Useronline" after making a post (14 mins after new post) the bots go wild.

The bots on the site are in direct relation to which engines were notified via the plugin.
