Is it online or Books? Which have you found most useful for all your cooking needs?

im part french babe i just throw the stuff in the wok and go, recipes? I try to write my own down and even if i have one i can never follow em ;)

i usually just get a recipe online and alter it to my tste, which is ALWAYS SPICIER than they make it!

but i DO have a ton of recipe books, some are local ones like Cajun Cooking stuff...

born and raised in new orleans, I moved to cali and was like "you guys call this spicy?"

I had to start eating serranos and habaneros raw to get it as hot as we like it down here in the south!
