don't do anything til then dude, you can make it bigger. They can patch you up with the "mesh" toot sweet, be back in the swing in a couple days

One website I read said seek immediate attention if the pain is getting worse, but around these parts I'd just sit in the ER until morning anyway waiting to see someone.

yeah, by "don't do anything till then" I mean don't even pour a gallon of milk or some shit. just sit tight and get to the doctor as soon you can. Your family doc is just gonna send you to the hospital either way, but it's cool, they fix this fast nowadays.
