Another favorite of mine is Linguini von goli:
Pan fry some breaded chicken livers and boil Linguini until almost done (eldante) and then saute the linguini in butter with fresh heavy garlic, place on dish and top it with the chicken livers. This stuff is to die for.

and pasta with home made tomato sauce cooked down from tomatos from our garden and hom made pesto from our homegrown basil.

I'm making baked garlic and asiago chicken, jasmine rice and asparagus...

and picked up some nice rock shrimp that I may do also.. or it may wait until tomorrow.

I got home from work tonight, and the wife had baked zucchini / courgette stuffed with ground beef and tomato sauce, covered with some grated cheese. I had been thinking about this new habanero sauce I bought at the weekend all day today, so I had some on the side -- and it was sooooo fucking hot!!!!!

Dinner was awesome :)
