Where in the Philippines do you want to live? In Manila? Do you work in Manila. It depends on what you want and where your office is. There are some nice areas, but you don't want to be stuck in traffic for 1 hour every morning and 1 hour every evening, so it really depends on what you want and where you work and what your budget is, etc.
