Server 2003 vs. XP pro..

So supposedly Xp Pro = 5.1 and 2003 = 5.2.. right?
But server 2003 has more overhead? Yet it comes with barely any services running? Say what? What are they talking about?

What would you run for on dual dual core xeon workstation?
(It's a server I'm going to use as a home computer)

Mmmm, I'd use Windows 2003 Server... More stable for Xeon platform I think.

"Windows cannot load your profile because it may be corrupted"

Anyone know who the fuck what the fuck why the fuck, fuck, what the fuck.. This bullshit comes up after I had the drive out of my laptop and put it back in.. machine was powered off and the file system seems to be intact .. first thing I tried was chkdsk /r .. then I tried making a new user account and copying those files over .. no dice
Now even if I make a new user account with new settings it just corrupts the first time I boot and log into it..

Is there a way to get to the cause without reinstalling?
I know I know the classic msft.. If you have a problem of any kind, reboot, reboot again and then reinstall.

Very good, then,
I need to break the admin key, then.. and is there a way to find out if it's licensed to this machine? Or what, can I just pull the product key with some program and load it up fresh?
