Card Services International
Does anyone here have a number of someone BESIDES customer service (what a joke) at card service international?
I need some advice on what I can do. Since June they have been processing ALL of my transactions for Visa as non-qualified sales, which then I get charged a higher rate. I know this is just not possible. However, we were doing all phone authorizations at that time, so there is no way to prove that the address and zip code matched. I really don't know how to fight it. This month I switched over to THEIR website processing and I now have proof that the address, zip and then the two together match, yet they still sent them to me as non-qualified sales and of course take a nice chunk of change out of my bank account at the end of every month. They have basically stolen several thousands of dollars from me by doing this. Customer service are a bunch of idiots and tell me it's going to take over a week to get back with me! I'm sorry but when you're taking several THOUSAND dollars out of my pocket I want to know why and I want to know NOW!!! Not sure who to contact so that I can get information now about this. I got involved with those assholes several years ago, they ruined my life and I am still trying to pickup the pieces:(
I was contacted by LA Channel 7 several weeks ago as they are planning on running a story on them. They even ruinned IMall.com, do you remember them? The worst part of all is you can't get out of the Iron Clad contract and they are the stupidest bunch of stupid con artist alive. I even wrote to the president of their corporation and he is truly a simple and greety mean asshole. I am afraid the only thing you can do is go to the better business beaurea and call channel 7, the word is, the told channel 7 that they are willing to settle some of the cases.:warning |
i agree card services sucks....everytime i deal with them its like hitting my head against the wall. I have tried going to others in the company and only get the same run around....good luck!
